How Do I Request A New License Key For An Audio Plugin?

In the event you require a new license key, you must submit a request through the "My Plugins" page of your Tuneform Account.

To access this page:

  • Log in to your Tuneform Account
  • Click "My Account" in the website toolbar
  • Find & Click "My Media"
  • Find & Click "My Plugins"

Then, submit a request through the dedicated form for your plugin:

  • Locate the plugin under the "Owned" section
  • Click "Submit Feedback / Requests / Report Issues"
  • In the overlay that appears, fill out the form and hit submit.

Once your request is reviewed & processed, you'll receive an email. The new license key will appear, and the old license key will be de-authorized. You will then have to re-authenticate your plugin with the new license key.
