How Do I Get Help Related To An Audio Plugin?

If you are having an issue related to your plugin, the first step is to consult the plugin manual.

A link to the plugin manual is available in the "My Plugins" section of your Owned plugins in the My Media Section of your Tuneform Account.

To navigate to the "My Plugins" page:

  • Log in to your Tuneform Account
  • Click "My Account" in the website toolbar
  • Find & Click "My Media"
  • Find & Click "My Plugins"
  • Locate the link to the Product Manual under the "Plugin Info" of the relevant audio plugin

If you are still unable to solve your issue with the plugin manual, you can contact Tuneform directly by using the "Submit Feedback / Requests / Report Issues" feature.

  • Navigate to the "My Plugins" page, as shown above.
  • Under the relevant plugin, click "Submit Feedback / Requests / Report Issues"
  • In the overlay that appears, fill out the form and hit submit. Replies will be sent to the email associated with your Tuneform account.
