Using Image Underlay for Particle System Videos

In the Tuneform Particle System Creator, you can enhance your particle system video by adding an image underlay. Here's how to utilize this feature:

Adding an Image Underlay:

  • The image underlay serves as the backdrop for your particle system video.
  • You have two options to select an image: "Select from Computer" or "Select from Account."
  • Choose an image from your computer or a pre-uploaded image in your Tuneform account.

Image Adjustment:

  • After selecting an image, you can adjust it to fit the canvas.
  • Modify the scale or crop and position of the image to achieve the desired appearance.
  • Click "Save Adjustments" to apply the changes.

Transparent Background vs. Alpha Channel:

  • If you use an image underlay, you can choose between rendering a video with or without a transparent background.
  • Selecting an image or choosing not to render with an image will result in a video with an alpha channel (transparency).
  • Rendered videos without an image will have a transparent background.

Rendering Options:

  • Decide whether to render your video with or without the image underlay.
  • By default, the particle system video is rendered with a transparent background.
  • Optionally, check the box to render an additional video with the selected image as the background underlay.
