Selecting and Managing Particle Colors
In the Particle System Generator Editor, you have options to select and manage particle colors:
Hex Color Picker:
- Use the hex color picker to select colors for your particles.
- Clicking on the hex color picker brings up a dialog where you can choose colors.
- You can also enter the hex code directly.
RGB Slider:
- Utilize the RGB slider to control colors using red, green, and blue values.
- Drag the sliders to adjust the color values and create the desired particle color.
Adding Colors:
- Click the plus (+) icon to add a new color. This color will be represented by a circle with a number in it, to help you better keep track of the colors.
- To alter a different color, click that color's circle, and you can edit, remove, or duplicate it.
Duplicate and Remove Colors:
- Duplicate a selected color if you wish to have multiple particles with the same color.
- Remove unwanted colors by clicking the corresponding remove color option.
- Note that you must have at least one color for the system.
Extract Color Palette from Image:
- Extract a color palette from an image to use for particle colors.
- Select an image, either the underlay image or a different one, and generate the color palette.
- Control the number of colors to extract (minimum: 3, maximum: 12).
- Replace existing colors or add the palette colors to the active selection.
