Downgrading Your Account Plan

If you have a Tuneform Premium Plan, you can downgrade whenever you like.
When you downgrade to a different plan, you keep any unused credits that you have accumulated.

1. Log into your account
2. Click the "My Account" button in the site toolbar
3. Click "My Profile"
4. On the left sidebar, click "My Plan"
5. Click "Change Plan"
6. Select the new plan.

Once you confirm, the new plan becomes active immediately, and you won't be charged for the downgrade. Any payments from that moment on will be charged at the lowered rate based on the new plan you selected. The billing date effective from when you originally activated your higher tier plan will be used for future payments at the new, reduced rate.

Example 1
On May 4th, you subscribed to the Tuneform Premiere plan at $15.99 a month.
On May 18th, you changed to the Tuneform Plus plan, however you don't pay anything yet. On June 4th, your monthly charge reflects your new plan at $5.99.
