Deleting Your Account

You can choose to delete your account at any time.

Deleting your account is a permanent. When you account is deleted, all associated user data is also permanently deleted, as well as any media files you have uploaded or created. Once your account is deleted, these files cannot be recovered, so be sure that you have downloaded all files you want to retain prior to starting the account deletion process.

To delete your account, navigate to the Account Deletion Page by:

• Ensure you are logged into your account.
• In the Tuneform Site Toolbar, click "My Media"
• Then click "My Profile" in the dropdown
• Scroll to the "Delete Account" section, and click "Delete Account"
• Follow the instructions on the page to proceed with deleting your account.

Once you have confirmed your account deletion, you will be immediately logged out of your account, and will no longer be able to log back in. At this point, no further action will be required on your part. The account deletion process will begin immediately and all data associated with the account with be deleted permanently.

If you elect to create a new account in the future using the same email address, you will not be able to do so until the account and data deletion process has completed. This can take several hours to several days.
